I do alot of digital scrapbooking and use Scrapbook Factory by Art Explosion. I think it costs about 30 bucks and is really easy to use. I've never used any of the links below and may give them a try since I just found them. They're supposed to be totally free.

No, I don't know of any, but there are some email newsletters you can get in your inbox. Some include, scraptutor.com; scrapbook.com; computerscrapbook.com; and scrapjazz.com. They have great information, and some printable freebies too. Have fun scrapbooking, I know I do!!
