I am looking for exercises specifically to shape and tone my chubby tree trunks. I would love to be able to feel comfortable wearing shorts this summer. Any exercises, moves, DVDs, etc... that anyone can recommend? Thanks!

For toning purposes, some of the best exercises to shape your legs and butt are squats and lunges. Running is also a great overall slimmer.

Squats are great. Will tone your buns too. All the FIRM videos really work the best for toning any part of the body.

Walking, jogging, resistance training and stretching are the best ways to tone legs.
