Well my friend decided to gain weight by eating a lot and sitting in front of the tv and not doing excersise but thats not the right way becuase ur going to end up being fat and unhealty. so i guess a good way to gain weight is to try and add calories to ur daily meals. like drink whole milk, add a slice of cheese to a sandwhich, eat more rice or grains. this all adds more calories. but u should always stay inside i f u wanna gain weight u shoudl gain weight resonably. hope this helps!

ok to answer your question. You can gain wieght by gaining muscle mass. Go to the gym, dont do a lot of cardio, but more lift weights and what not, this will add weight to you that is healthy. Also when you add muscle mass it helps burn more calories. I know you want weight but no one wants unhelathly calories, so dont sit there and eat junk food. Eat protein and hit the gym:)

Staying in front of the tv and eating like a pig really isn't a solution. You could buy some weightgainers there are some dietery supplements that contein lots of proteins and carbs without containing any fat!you can find this kind of products at any gym! good luck!

dont excersise. just sit there are eat junk food all day. and plus, why would you want to gain weight? there are millions of girls out there starving themselves to lose weight. your crazy.

you drink boost..it has alot of extra calories that allow you to gain a few pounds my sister does this when she becomes too thin and it really works..hint: the strawberry boost taste the best.
