Ok well right now we live out in the country and we already have four indoor cats with the names of Buffy, Ally, Gabby, and Scooby and we are either thinking about getting a minature beagle or a shelty and we want to keep the same rythme going in the names.....and we dont know yet if we are getting a male or female so if you can give some name suggestions that would be really helpful!!! thanks so much!!

There's no such thing as a miniature beagle, just to make your search easier. There are two sizes, under 15 inches at the shoulder, and under 13 inches at the shoulder, but both are just beagles, neither is a miniature. There are some fad breeders trying to sell off weird mixes as miniature, or "pocket" beagles, but they tend to have health problems, so just look for a beagle.

Annie or Andy would be good names that fit your scheme.

Like the previous person posted, there's no such breed as a ''Miniature Beagle''.

Roxy, Lucky, Micky, Mitzy, etc.

I think Snoopy would be a good name, especially for a beagle, and it goes with the "y" endings.

Type in dog names in a search and lots of sites will come up with 1000's of names you can chose from. It is your dog so name it yourself.
