There's no such thing as a miniature beagle, just to make your search easier. There are two sizes, under 15 inches at the shoulder, and under 13 inches at the shoulder, but both are just beagles, neither is a miniature. There are some fad breeders trying to sell off weird mixes as miniature, or "pocket" beagles, but they tend to have health problems, so just look for a beagle.
Annie or Andy would be good names that fit your scheme.

Roxy, Lucky, Micky, Mitzy, etc.

Type in dog names in a search and lots of sites will come up with 1000's of names you can chose from. It is your dog so name it yourself.
