If you need 3 fig leaves you are a Woman if you only need one then you are a man!!
If you are honestly not sure go see a doctor and have you hormone levels tested. You may be feeling more womanly and manly depending on a possible chemical imbalance. Or you may truly be a hermaphrodite. That is a person of undefined sex! They have no penis or vulva. They simply have an opening to urinate with.
See a councilor for any other issues, people on here can be really mean!!

It tells you your sex (F/M) on your birth certificate.
Obviously, your body should show if you're man or woman.
Women: Breasts, Vagina.
Men: Penis.
