Would you go back and tell the owner or would you just go get it fix somewhere else? Please any advice will help.~

I went to get my hair color, I had my hair black for a long time and she ask me have you dyed your hair within the last 6 months and I said no. I did dye it but it was more than 6 months ago so the girl proceeded to do my hair and it look orange instead of brown so I looked in the mirror and I was very upset, so she went to the back and fix something else and put it in my hair, so for the second time it was being dyed, when she got done I payed her but she still saw the look in my face, I did not let her dry it, because I was tired of being there for more than 4 hours. When I was leaving she said when it dries it will look better, I was like what? Anyhow got home and was very, very upset but then the Christmas Holiday came and could not go back to tell her but I went to another salon and the girl said you have like three colors in your hair, what happend? So I told her my story and she said in order to correct the color I will charge you 140 dlls. In top of what I payed the other shop.

That has happened to me before and I went back-I would definitely go back!!!! You spent your money and now you are thinking about spending more elsewhere-no way-go back there and have someone else in the same shop take care of it!!!! If the thought of doing this has you nervous, take a supportive friend with you!

It would have to be super messed up (very visably) in order for me to make a scene about it. I would though if it were that bad. Or else just go back and have a simple conversation with the manager and tell them politely that you just had your hair done (don't go back if this wasn't today or yesterday) and are very unhappy with how it turned out.

Otherwise just go elsewhere and get it fixed.

Mistakes happen. I would quietly tell the owner of my complaint. They should appreciate it . I would want to know about a dissatisfied customer and be given the oportunity to make them happy before they went out complained to anyone who would listen. If they don't want to help you then go get it fixed somewhere else and never use them again and tell all your friends too.

Just go fix it somewhere else, but if it concerns you a lot go tell the owner about it.

Give the stylist or cutter some pointers. Hopefully iy will work out. Anyways, in your case, it may look better the day after.

I would definatley tell the manager or owner, that is what their there for, and plus if they messed it up they should fix it or you shouldn't have payed.

i'd let them know, and not in a mean way, i'd just let them know that when i go next time (if its my 1st time there) i'd like for it to be in the way i preffer. but if its not my 1st time then i'd tell them to please understand how iwant my hair done or else i'll just go somewhere else

i wouldn't want to make a scene in there so i'd go get it fixed somewhere else.
