Do you mean milk bottle tops?
If so, Guide Dogs for the Blind collect them

Assuming you mean plastic ones... You will need an awful lot of them to make it worth recycling. If you can collect 50kg of tops then someone may take them off your hands - but that equates to about 10,000 tops (at 5 grams each, which may be a bit on the heavy side).
