God and the bible don't advocate evil. But God did create temptation. Which must have gotten the best of Lucifer who rebelled and became Satan.

The Apostasy of Satan

Where did sin originate? Could it have been prohibited? Why does sin exist today? Each of these questions can be answered. There need be no perplexity. What does the Bible say?

1. Did God create the devil? There is no scripture to indicate God created a devil. All that God created was good and perfect.

2. Whom did God create? "Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee." Ezekiel 28:15. This is talking about Lucifer the leader of the angels in heaven. (Note: In this chapter Lucifer is represented under the figure of the prince of Tyrus. This is a prophecy of the literal King of Tyre, but a careful reading shows it has a wider meaning because of certain inferences such as "thou hast been in Eden the garden of God." Verse 13.)

Some of you are just plain delusional. God did not create evil? God is the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and the Omega. He is everything. Who are you to limit God as being just this loving caring sweet innocent little lamb. Did he not tell his chosen ones to go into lands and commit GENOCIDE on entire nations of people all because they were pagan. Did he not condone slavery. Open your eyes. Listen to some Evanescence for God's sake, so that you don't confuse him with this fantasy you have in your head. Who are you to condemn the potter if he wants to make one of his creations art and the other something to through garbage in, does this sound like the ideology of a sweet loving god? These words are not exact but I know you know the verse, it speaks on what god has created YOU to be. Everything that is, came from him. If you don't believe this you don't believe in what your bible tells you. Like god is a child, do you guys contemplate these thoughts put in your head or do you just spew out what your Pastor and clergymen have told you. The Judao Christian God is a WAR god. In the beginning all he accepted was BLOOD SACRIFICE. WAKE UP. Rant ended.

Absolutely not. God did not create Satan as an evil being. Satan was Lucifer, an Archangel, who chose to leave the presence of God due to his pride. Evil was introduced through the free will of God's creatures, not by God.

Evil is not intended as a separate thing but it has to come together with good in order to know the difference. Nothing exists without anything to prove it exist. Just as white cannot be known as white if there is no black. Nor light if there was no darkness. How can I be me if there is no you? Just as God does not exist into someone who is not yet born. Acknowledgement is necessary to find the truth in the other.

God didn't create evil, evil/suffering is a result of the free-will that God have humans. Humans rebelled from God and to this day, God allows evil, in order for us to learn that we can't do it our way, but that we have to listen to God if we wish to achieve eternal happiness. Evil has a purpose, because it will teach us that we need to depend on God for help and happiness.

while God created devil He knew that devil could sin and revolt against Him. yet He nonetheless chosen to create him with the aid of fact he accompanied the theory of loose will. If God did no longer create devil, because he could revolt against Him that God could violate the theory of loose will. coming up in basic terms sturdy angels, and omitting the undesirable ones nonetheless violates God's loose will theory. declaring this, it does no longer imply God create evil; God created a suited angel who chosen to be evil. God stumbled on evil in devil, no longer created it. As to the argument approximately evil as a a threat determination while it in no way existed in the previous .... It does not remember no remember if evil ever existed or no longer. the fact that evil in no way existed does not do away with it as an determination. the alternative develop into continually there, that is in basic terms that no angel ever chosen the alternative of evil. All angels chosen the alternative of obeying God that's why perfection develop into preserved, yet devil develop into the 1st angel to bypass down the line of revolt and for that reason evil entered the universe.

Yes, God created everything and before he created it he knew what their purpouse was going to be. So if he created Satan, he knew what Satan's purpouse was going to be, so in a sense he created evil.
