my gf broke up with me 3 weeks ago, i think she might be regretting it now, but she's a passive girl so she might never take the action... should i go for it instead of holding my priinciple of the one who broke it off should be the one who comeback??

You may have to take the initiative, if she is passive. I would open the door by talking to her and if she wants to come back she will but I wouldn't pressure her. If you really love her then go for it.
