Salt water is good, also a friend of mine used to get the Vitamin E gel capsules, poke a small hole in them and rub the liquid onto the sore.

Whenever I get a cold sore I'll either get some Listerine or salt water and swish it around my mouth. But I have to warn you that it stings like crazy! I hope this works for you :)

You could gargle warm water with alot of salt in it to make it heal faster. Do it 4-5 times a day. Or you could go to your local pharmacy and buy something to make them go away. Good luck! :o)
