Help! she does alot of annoying things, how do i ignore some one who lives right next door.

Mimc her. If she does something--like dragging th trash cans to the curb at midnight, then you start doing the same thing. She will eventually make the connection. Possibly it will make her realize how irritating her actions have been.
This way there is no confrontation and you also will not feel like you are going to explode by trying to ignore her.

My neighbors are such disgusting people - they care nothing about what we feel or think. They make noise whenever they wish even at night. I don't know how to solve this problem either. I told them many times about it and no changes at all. I think I shall call the police next time. I think it's not the Problem in the USA. but here in Russia it is. It's the first time in my life. I was always so friendly with my neighbors. Imagine what they will do on holidays. Should leave home I think

Be yourself, be nice and present youself as a neighbour should. I have a few I dislike also, but why lower yourself to make them hate or dislike you too..Be yourself and say good morning when you see them and nod on the way out or in when they see you. It is in ones best interest to project the better side than to send out negative feelings to those around you. Show them you are better for being normal and nice. You do not need to invite them over, just be sidewalk friendly.

Don't put yourself in situations where you must associate with her. She's only a neighbor, she's clearly not your friend. You are not required to be friendly or sociable, but it is nice if you can be civil and respect each other's privacy.
If you are presented with a situation in which you are face-to-face, smile, acknowledge with either a spoken greeting or nod and go on about your business.

Well, first decide do you want to get along, or do you want to ignore her, then:
1.) If you want to get along, bury the hatchet, and bring a peace offering to her, or offer to help her with something like yard work.
2.) If you want to ignore her, just do it. No eye contact, no reactions to anything she does, just pretend she doesn't exist.

First, give her cake. Then, pretend to be interested in her life story. Then, tell her what you dislike about her and say she's annoying and she should try to be less annoying

just live ur life like the person never existed,i live my life not caring about any neighbors,i dont even know who are my neighbors as i never have the time to see them or notice them

I have a similar problem (for a different reason). Just be friendly enough so that you can call on each other if you need something, but make it clear that you want your distance

You just continue to ignore her. Stop letting her live rent free in your mind. Go about your daily business.

They are invisable.A fence is a good solution.A stockade fence that they cant see through so easily.
