can one make her eyes clearer than it is if it continuously looks smoky?

My sister has always had smoky eyes. It gets worst when he is stressed. She does not smoke, but sometimes, his eyes turns red to the extent that you will think she has just been smoking. Her GP said she did not find any peoblems with her eyes during check up. She is worried about it, and so do I . Any idea whether there is some eyes drops that will make his eyes look a little whiter as mine eyes?

I do not know what you mean by smokey eyes. Do you mean like red from smoke or glassy from smoking pot? Eye drops will help either symptom. You have a problem when writing about the gender of your sibling but that doesn't make a difference about the eyes.
