Ok there is this guy i work with I like him but he has a girlfriend who is short, depressed, wears black alot and is an ugly person. Well i know he is interested in me because we flirt alot at work he has even asked me to some parties but his girlfriend hates me and is jelouse of me and said i couldn't go. She is always checking up on him when he is at work. He tells me he is afraid to leave her because they have a son together and he don't want to loose the child to her in court. If they didn't even have that child this man would be mine. So what do i do to get rid of depressed ugly chick and make this man the happiest man ever alive by being with me.

What makes you think he isn't happy with me when he's at home he seems very happy. He says you bother him obviously he is playen both of us. But i have a child to think about your just a self centered *****!!

Well first of all, just because you cannot see why she is his type does not mean that she isn't his. Secondly, I do not blame her for being a little skeptical of you and even hating you because well, you are trying to steal her man. Third, if this man really wanted to leave he would and why would he lose visitation of his son? The only way that could happen is either a.) he doesn't want to have any sort of communication with him or b.) his gf or someone else can prove that he is an unfit parent...You need to stop being so selfish and think about what you are doing. Even if you have no regard for the gf, why don't you have some for their kid who you are blatantly trying to rip apart his parents to meet your own selfish needs and why don't you try having some morals and a little more respect for yourself. I am sure that you obviously are no looker yourself or anything great or else he would've already left her for you.

First of all, just be understanding of the situation. If he acts depressed or upset when she is around, then talk to him. Also, become friends first and ask him to talk about the things that he has on his mind. If he flirts with you, you should ask him what he wants, if you know for sure that is what he is doing. Just go for it because he may have some kind of interest in you. He may want you to make the first move. If he takes his girlfriends side about the whole party thing, then tell him to stop flirting with you if he doesn't have an interest in you. Be direct about it and tell him that you cant stand this chick. He may also care a lot about the child that they have had together, but talk to him if you think that he is doing the right thing. It sounds like this guy may have interest in yo, but you need to take it slow. If you think she's ugly now, wait until she gives you some baby mama drama. You need to talk to the guy and tell him how you feel. I know he told you that he's still there because of the child, but there may be more to that. It's possible to like one person while loving someone else and that could be the case. Before you make any decisions and try to beak up a "happy" home, find out how he truly feels about you. You cannot make any assumptions; you need to know for sure.

First of all, the man has a son and he is with the mother, there is a bond there that you may not see. If he wanted to leave her, he would have already and beside he wouldn't lose to her in court, he still has a son and he has rights to him. Also if I would watch it, cause if he throwing out signals like that to you, what makes u think once you get him he wont do it to you?? I would watch out, this guy has to much drama for you to get involve. But if u really like him, then he will come to you and if you don't end up with him then it wasn't meant to be.

You need to first wake up. The courts wouldn't take his child privileges away if he didn't want to be with her anymore. People separate and divorce every day and still get visitation. So he's bullsh*tting about that. Second he is flirting with you while he has a gf. That shows he's a cheater. What he did to her he will do to you one day. And not for nothing but isn't his gf right in not liking you ?? Your trying to take the father of her child.
