I have cabbage, onion, kielbasa and potatoes to work with. Anyone have any tried and true, good recipes that require the above things?

Fry onions and cabbage together until almost cooked but not brown. Wash and cup up potatoes into hunks or like think fries. Place in baking dish and put cabbage and onion over top. Either leave kielbasa whole or cut into serving size pieces.Put kielbasa on top of cabbage potato combo. Bake for an hour then check to see if potatoes are cooked. You can add spices as desired before baking at 350 degrees F.

Yes. Cut the Kielbasa in 4-6 pieces. In a skillet, add a small amount of olive oil in the pan, brown it on both sides. Take a onion and cut it into slices, add it to the pan and let it brown, then put it on simmer and add a little water to the pan. Let it simmer until the water is gone from the pan.
As for the cabbage, put it in a pot of water, add in some salt, black pepper,red pepper flakes, vegetable oil or bacon grease and sugar. Let it boil until the cabbage is soft.

Kielbasa Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 large onion, diced
* 3 large carrots, shredded
* 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
* 4 cloves garlic, chopped
* 1 (16 ounce) package kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/2 inch dice
* 3 cups cooked white rice
* soy sauce to taste
* 3 eggs

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in onions; cook until soft and translucent. Stir in carrots, cabbage, and garlic; cook until garlic begins to brown. Stir in kielbasa; cook until heated through, about 3 minutes
2. Crumble rice with hands to break up clumps. Then stir rice into skillet. Heat through, then stir in soy sauce. Beat 1 egg, and mix thoroughly into rice. One at a time, beat and stir the remaining 2 eggs into the rice. Cover, reduce the heat to medium low, and cook 10 minutes, stirring often.

Our family has boiled Kielbasa with beer and sliced onions for years. It is fantastic! Sometimes I add some canned tomatoes. Just boil it. We serve it alone, over rice, or in a sub-style roll or bun. My brother likes to throw in some red and green peppers.

My grandkids love kielbasa just sliced thin and cooked in bbq sauce, or we slice it like hot dogs and eat sandwiches. Make the potatoes to go along with it save the rest for another day

The Kilbasa stands alone as a supreme food stuff, throw the rest of the stuff in the bins...
