I really need some modivation(sp?). ANyway- Im trying so hard not to eat as much, and right now Im trying to just drink water until lunch time...I want to eat so badly!! Im not even that hungry and I still want to eat.
Advice and modivation please!!

By drinking only water until lunch you are telling your body that there is a famine and that it should hang onto all the body fat it can. Then you give your body lunch and it tries to help you through the famine by storing all of lunch as body fat.

I would assume that this is not your goal. Most people want to lose body fat. The secret is to calculate how many calories you will burn in a day and then divide that number by 8. You then want to eat 8 evenly sized, evenly spaced meals throughout the day. (A small meal every 2 to 3 hours.) The total calories of these 8 meals should be just under the number of calories you burn in a day. Eat as soon as you get up in the morning - this will kickstart your metabolism so that it will burn fat more easily.

Eating frequently staves off those hunger pangs. It also tells your body that there is no famine and that it knows where its next meal is coming from. Therefore the body has no reason to hang onto fat. Remember that celery has almost no calories. Eat celery with every meal to fill you up.

Put your eyes on the goal and you can reach it. The path is easier than you think.
