Voip on BF2?

I can't get my microphone to work on bf2 using Voip. I've tried the set voip set up on the game but this does not seem to want to work. Help!!!! how do I get this done?

You should use Teamspeak or ventrilo. If you want a step-by-step guide to setup this application please refer to this online guide
