Heat up a can of beef broth, or boullion cube it to make about two cups. Keep it hot.
Now if you have everything ready for the dinner the last thing you do is dip the beef up in the broth till its hot.

Now depending on how you want the beef to be leave it in the broth a little longer if you like well done etc...

If you want a little juicer sauce, add a packet of brown gravy to the broth, Now thats what I'm talking about, and you better have some good mustard, and real horseradish on hand to or else!!!

Put the beef in a pot with a can of beef broth or beef stock, add a few dashes italian seasoning, some garlic, pepper and salt. Add some sliced onion and bell pepper to it also, and let it simmer with a covered lid. Serve the meat on crusty french or italian bread and dip it into the gravy. You can also put some girdinara on it and it should be a WONDERFUL sandwich! Enjoy!

well you could do Italian Beef sandwiches like they do in Chicago. Put 3 beef bouillion cubes in a qt pot of water. Salt and pepper the liquid until you get a taste you like. Bring the liquid to a simmer. (not to a boil!) Add the beef and let it simmer for 10 minutes. take the beef out with tongs. Put the beef in a bun. Add some sweet or hot peppers. Dunk the bun in the juice and serve.

Your beef is cooked, you need some flavor. Go to the store and get a packet of Au Jus (in the seasoning isle), fix it up at home and add your beef to it and serve it on some good french rolls.
