If he's a decent butler, you shouldn't have to tell him. If he's not cleaning up your toenail clippings, fire him and find a better one with a better eye for detail.

If they are one's own clippings it is referred to as "excess pedo-calcium detritus". As in "Jeeves... please remove the excess pedo-calcium detritus on the floor near my smoking jacket".
