I've always been prone to bruising quite easily. However it seems to be getting worse.

You could be anemic, I know that was my problem. Try taking iron pills or eating foods with more iron in them. ♥

anaemia makes you more susceptible to bruising and slower at healing from the bruising.

your best bet is getting a blood test so you make sure there's no underlying cause to the anaemia like a lack of other vits like B12 or D which you need - otherwise stock up on the spinach and iron!

You need blood work. It could be any number of things. Anemia of some kind or even something as far out as cortisol levels.
Go see the doctor.

Try iron supplements, as well as Vitamin B complex. you might just be a bit aneamic. If it doesn't get better, just ask your doctor about it, he should be able to suggest something else.
