I've been on several cruises and haven't heard of food not being included. Usually there will be a buffet style facility along with more upscale dining area on the ship. Sometimes there are restaurants such as Johnny Rockets, where you may have to pay a surcharge, but for the most part everything is free except for alcohol. Room service is also free, but most cruises suggest that you tip the server. Also, here's a tip if you eat at the more upscale dining room ask for more than one appetizer, main course, or dessert. Your allowed, and someitmes encouraged to do this, depending on the cruise ship. HAVE FUN!!

ALL food is included in the cruise ticket.
NOT included is alcoholic drinks and sodas and any beverages used in the stateroom. You can buy a soda coupon ($6 each day of the cruise for unlimited sodas), but if you drink any of the cans in the stateroom it will be charged to your credit line.

in general, most cruise lines include food as part of your ticket. they will give you instructions on when/how to tip your wait staff (usually done at the end of the cruise). check with your travel agent or the cruise line for specifics.

Your meals, including room service, are included in the price of your ticket. Trust me, you won't go hungry. Most drinks are included also (water, coffee, soda, milk and OJ), but you will pay extra for alcoholic beverages.
When you arrive at the ship, you will be issued a "sign and sail" card to purchase extras on the ship. We used no cash on the ship and very little in port.
