I'm right handed and my left tends to get bigger quicker than my right. What I did, I use only dumb bells, I go slightly heavier with my right, or if I use the same weight I go more reps with my right. Dumb bells only you'll get stronger and bigger faster.

use dumbells instead of barbells, this way each arm has to work really hard seperately> (p.s. to gain muscle all you need is to stimulate muscle growth which can be done in as little as 30-45 min. any more time won't do you better as long as you worked hard early)

you're unconciously overcompensating with your left arm for the weakness in your right. try equal reps with equal weight but using dumbbells to force your right arm to do its own work.

It is probably because you are left handed most people will put more pressure on the hand that is the strongest e.g. your left hand making it stronger

that might be it
because ou pick up glasses and muscles might be getting stronger in that arm.
