You should let your supervisor know that they are being mean to you. So what if they get in trouble,at least you will still have your job, don't let them push you away from your job, they think they're better than you and you got to show them that you're a strong person and you wont take there crap.I'd ignore them and comtinue working but continue to tell your boss about it.

This depends on a couple things. Is this job something you can turn into a career? Is the money worth it? Is the supervisor treating you this way? One thing I found out rather quickly while going from job to job, trying to find the career that suited me best, was that it is worth more to me to be happy then make a lot of money. You can go to the supervisor. If he/she is a true professional and worthy of that position s/he will be able to figure out how to moderate the situation without making you feel like a rat or that you can't handle the pressure. If that doesn't work, go over their head. It may sound dirty but if you have done nothing to deserve that treatment it needs to be nipped in the bud. If this is just a job, nothing you can see doing or dealing with for the rest of your life- chalk it up to experience and move on. Don't sacrifice your happiness, life is toooo short.

Hell no do not leave that will only show them that they got to you. Girls can be super mean at times....well most of the time. If I was you I would work my butt off and do my job so well that the boss can not stop talking about how GREAT you are. Also bring one of your friends to work with you for lunch and let them see that you do have Friends and do not need them. Kill them with kindness!! And after all if they are mean to you while your friend is there she can always tell them off in a polite way and not risk your job. She does not work there!

I would confront the girls and ask why are they being mean to you. And, if they will not tell you then maybe you need to leave this job! You need to go to the superviser and tell them you are leaving because the girls are being mean and you are not putting yourself in this situation again! And, maybe the superviser can help!

Have you ever thought that may be they want you to quit. I would tell my supervisor about the situation but you dont have to be detailed. but do be specific meaning you dont have to give names. and if that doesnt help go to his supervisor. until you get some results. But you have to decide if you really like that job and want to keep it first off.
