How long do wait before sleeping with someone? After 3 dates? A few months? How soon is too soon? I don't want to end up looking like a desperate tramp.

I read in a book what men really think about that. Said never go to bed with a guy sooner than the eighth date because he will not think of you as special....just someone who will give him sex.
If you wait and get to know each other better, the sex will add another emotional level to the relationship.

I use to think the same think about looking like a desperate tramp but then I go With my boyfriend and that all wen out the window in about 5 days. It worked out just fine and we have been together almost 7 months. I say do it when you are ready and do not care what other people think. When they ask you if you have had sex....just smile and move on to the next question. That will keep them guessing, besides it is know one else's place to judge!

A few months. If you do it too soon, not only will he think you're easy, but also may either leave you or just use you for sex, in the meantime, if you fall for him, your heart will be broken.

there is no set time on this..
you are both adults..when you both feel the urge and both consent than that's the right time..
if you feel uneasy about it..than it's not the right time.
if you are interested in the guy though make sure there is a good basis for a relationship so it doens' turn into something based on sex..
