I need songs to workout to. They need to be very upbeat, but stuff that you would also want to sing along to, like Sexy Back, or London Bridge.....stuff like that. Any suggestions??? Please, please help!! I need more songs to keep me on the treadmill longer!! Christmas killed my weight loss! LOL. Thanks.

Nutrition Nancy....I didn't ask how to slim down. I have slimmed down...lost 20 pounds in the last 2 months, and I did it all through workout and good eating!! I don't to OTC diet pills, they're unsafe. I am under my physician's care, but thanks anyway.

Here are my favorites, cheesy as they are. In no particular order.

1. Stacie Orrico - "There's Gotta Be More"
2. Gwen Stefani - "Hollaback Girl"
3. JC Chasez - "Blowin' Me Up (With Her Love)"
4. Gorillaz - "Dare"

And by far the best one,

5. Lily Allen - "Smile"

Trust me, with these 5 tracks, cheesy as they are, you'll get going. If you like songs like "London Bridge" and "Sexy Back", these are right in your mix. Perfect for your taste.

I used to listen to heavy medal and I know a lot of people that do too.

Personally, I like techno when I go to the gym. Anything by DJ Tiesto, he is the best IMO.
