I get this pain in my lower leg/calf/back of knee area that I've had for years, but it's been getting increasingly worse. When I was a kid, I attributed the pains to mere "growing pains," but I am 19 years old and I do not believe I have grown at all in the last three years (at least). I will stretch my legs out, usually while laying down, and my leg will stiffen out to the furthest stretch and the soreness will not go away. I have fairly muscular calfs and sometimes massaging them helps, but other times a massage will just emphasize the pain. Please help!

I would see a doctor. You could have damaged something, and you could be making it worse because you are not getting treatment.
