I have become a big fan of the low glycemic index diets, but i must say that I hate the word diet. It sounds very restrictive. I don't believe that restrictive are a good thing, and I don't feel that weight watchers is a good diet either. My experience is that diet is rarely the issue. This issue is usually about the physical activity level. I'm convinced that when people invested the time and engergy that exercise and healthy living require, they will naturally be more concerned with what they put in their bodies, and more inclined to eat sensibly. The way to get healthy is to exercise and eat sensibly, and to recognize that there are no easy ways to getting fit.

Yes the weight trainers guide to health eating.
Cut back on sugars and caffeine.
Eat protein and fruit and veggies.
Never skip a meal, your body will tend to ho red your next meals calories.
Stretch before exercising, exercise, stretch to cool down, Take a walk for 30 minutes or to rejuvenate the body and release growth hormones. Drink plenty of clear water.
It's better to eat 5 to six small meals a day. That's meals that are good but leave you wanting more. You know in a few hours you will be eating again so there are no needs to eat a lot. Just do not miss any of your small meals. If you fallow this plan you can even through in a binge day.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

just count calories, and workout. It take 3500 calories to create one pound of stored energy (fat), so it take -3500 calories to burn off one pound. If your female then on a normal day women burn up to 2200 calories. so here is the math..

-2200
+1500 (calories you could eat in a day)
- 500 (the calories your burn from exersising)
= -1200 calories a day that your loosing
then multiply that by 7 (days a week)
= -8400
which equals about 2 and a half pounds a week that you loose.

I'm on this diet. But there are times that i let myself eat something i am not supposed to. The reason I do that is because if i dont allow myself a little pleasure, then one day i will POP and cram a whole bunch of stuff into my mouth..haha..
but if your craving fast food, just order form the kids menu..

I think counting calories is actually the best thing to do and exercise... I hear ya...I'm working on it myself... but watching the calories and writing down everything you eat is the best way to get a handle on what you are eating and where you can cut back!
