Nothing really......... it's a model name to try grab your attention, in a similar way to how Ford have models of car like Mustang / Focus / Mondeo / Thunderbird..... or Mercedes Benz having A-Class / C-Class / E-Class / S-Class, etc.

Its a Marketing slogan .And its worked because it has fooled you into thinking it can do something that other cameras cannot. Sony trademark stuff. (or it might be that its a digital camera and works as a webcam aswell) But more the first answer .

its just a fancy name that sony uses to name their products..

it attracts you to it huh...its pretty catchy..lol

they have to name it something..right?
