Of course he's an international embarassment. And congress was given incomplete and FALSE information before they voted to give him war powers, they also had a clause which recommended that he allow the UN inspectors to complete their search for wmds. He double-crossed congress if anything.
Remember over half the country did not vote for Bush and the electoral process was questionable. With Bush's horrible mistakes, his disastrous appts., etc. his poll ratings drop within his own party alone, anyone who voted for him should be ashamed and bear responsibility for the deaths of 3,000 american young men and countless innocent Iraqis.

No. And no.

Clinton was, though. At least 4 attacks by terrorists during his administration and he blames the military for tying his hands behind his back. The same military he downsized and tried to water down.

I will answers NO, to both your questions. The only people who exacerbate the Bush image problem, are poorly informed, historically inept, liberal meatheads like yourself, who have nothing to contribute to a solution, and would rather criticize the one man who is committed to keeping the US safe from further attack.

If so - it was ' The People ' who put him there. Using good men and women? More like birds of a feather flock together.

Bush didnt make America go into Iraq, Congress did. Bush cant declare war and send troops to a country, only Congress can. Blame Congress, it wasnt Bush's decision.

Bush is a NATIONAL embarrassment. The rest of the world is dismayed by him to various degrees, but except for Tony Blair they have nothing to be embarrassed about.
