deep conditioner?

is it true that i can use my regular hair conditoner as a deep coonditoner? and if so how do i do so?

Yep! You can put it on dry hair and comb through. Wrap your head in a damp hot towel. Enjoy!

No. You use a recipe or specially buy a deep conditioner.

You could but it really is worth buying deep conditioner I like "sunsilk" hydra TLC (pink one) I make my husband use it to and he likes it!

use a plastic cap, clean wet hair and put conditionr on it.
I sometimes slept with my cap on- under a bandana.
