About 3litres of water

2006-12-28 06:02:44 · answer #1 · answered by ? 5 · 0 0

The answer depends a lot on what you have already eaten today. Breakfast should have been a piece of toast or a bowl of cereal, very little margarine on the toast and no sugar or toppings on the cereal and only a 1/2 cup of skim milk. Lunch of vegetables, fruits and an ounce of cheese. If that was your menus then you can have 3 ounces of meat, a small potato or half cup of rice and vegetables with fruit in water or fresh for dinner.

For a long term plan have your doctor hook you up with a nutritionist and develop a plan involving both exercise and diet to reach a realistic target weight and body mass index.

Wow. Your answers are very depressing! And I bet anyone who wants to lose weight and sees your answers will get discouraged!!! Okay, here is a low fat dinner idea

boneless/skinless chicken breast on the grill
veggies (no butter)
Ore Ida French Fries (only about 12) baked.

Dessert -
Sugar Free Angel Food Cake
Sugar Free Strawberries (from the frozen section, but thawed)
Fat Free Cool Whip

This is an awesome dessert!

You can eat a lot of things you normally do, but you have to eat it in moderation and watch your portions. Also make better choices. If you want pizza then eat good all week and have that pizza on Friday. Don't go overboard eating it though!!! If you stop eating everything you enjoy, you will get discouraged. You should also drink plenty of water. That is very important. Also try using a smaller dinner plate. You should also excercise. Good luck!!!

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Stir fried veggies in olive oil-- if you marinate the veggies prior in pretty much anything fat-free, and serve over brown rice, you'll feel satisfied and have a variety of vegetables/flavors to choose from. A few slices of grilled fish or chicken are a good additive when you need more protein.
