I have 2 kids, I'm 30 and I can't get back to my natural weight. All I want to do is lose 30 pounds. What is the best way, other than watching what I eat and excerise lol.......Is there a pill?

I only eat maybe 2-3 times a day ......I'm not gaining anymore, I'm stuck at one weight. I don't snack.

eat smaller meals and eat five of them
try to walk around more even if it is just in your house

Sounds like you just need to kick start your metabolism. Try eating five or six times a day rather than two or three. But make the meals much smaller and make sure they are healthy. Or you could just try cutting down your portions and eating more fruits and veggies. Sorry but there is no "magic pill" that will help. Good luck.

I have never tried the pill but my sister and my aunt did and they looked like they started loosing it at first and then they bloated BAAADDD...my sister started helping with football team and now plays in another sport and lost the weight because she didnt have it there for too long...but my aunt looks like she exploded...
what i can recommend is eat soups before any other meal...they really help you get fuller and dont have too much fat in them...
also stop eating anything except for water or unsweetened tea after 6 pm..and before 7 am... or what ever time you wake up...
tried it...has worked...=))
