I have an 06 GT that gets right at 19.5 mpg. I drive about 80 miles in traffic during the weekend and about 90 on the highways on the weekends. With the AC on and cruising at 75 my little info center claims 24.5 MPG on the highway. When I ride around town I tend to stoplight to stoplight it. But for a v-8 car weighing in at over 3500 lbs, I couldn't be happier with the MPGs. Get the car, you will smile from ear to ear non stop.

Oh hey bumbles, try owning one first. You are more than welcome to come check out my gas mileage in my car. Heck I'll take you on a 250 mile run to burn a tank and refill just so you can see the exact mileage. Stock they are 300 HP, not 400 or 500.

No way in the world a mustang GT gets 20mpg..... sorry.... 2 of my freinds own them and they are at the pump more than me... I have a durango with the 360 in it. I would say 10 around town and maybe 15 on the highway. They brag about 400HP and 500 HP and get 20 mpg??? I would have to see it to believe it.... all I see is my buddies broke driving on fumes..... :(

18-20 on the highway and 12-16 around town. That's subject to driving style and other factors, but that is my experience.
