I like most of me but I can't stand my flabby arms and thighs! Do you know anything that worked for you or someone else?

Pilates has DVD's that target each of those areas... in general Pilates are good to target the whole body. Outside of that, leg lifts in different positions are good and for the arms I use hand weights and work them in different positions. My favorite is to lay down and put my arms out on the floor and then lift, it works the upper arm well and the chest.

lift weight 3 times a wk
and run 3 times a week and lunges
