How do i separate the audio track from an mp4 file?

I'm trying to get the audio out of an mp4 file and convert it to an mp3 file. Anyone know how to do this?

import into windows movie maker and separate.
I haven't imported an mp4 before but it should work.

go to download.com and find a program that converts music file from one type to another. I found one under audio & video software => rippers and encoders. then look at the description to get what you need.
