Out of L'pool on M62, to Jcn 10 TR onto M6 follow M6 to Jcn 8 (M5) then follow M5 to Jcn 9 (M50) ,at End of M50 carry straight on onto A449 to M4 and TR onto M4 to swansea, takes 4.5hrs @ 56mph in an artic ,so about 3.5 - 4hrs in a car
