Just another example of the amount of education needed to convert in a previous answer I gave. It seems like you are fairly young or are lacking a decent education (due to your grammatical errors -- even with a built in spell check!)
My advice before you are too shocked by us non-believers, is to study about the creation of the Bible, where it came from, who wrote it, transcribed it, chose the canon, and also take some classes on history of the 4th-16th century. This may change your mind a little. Also read the books below, that will help you to greatly understand our thoughts and why we disbelieve.
As for DSQ's answer above, I have studied the Bible, I have read it several times, I have studied it's beginnings, how it was written, the culture during those times, and have also dabbled in textual criticism. Sorry, but I know more about Christianity than most Christians do, and that is not an immodest response, it's simply true...

I don't go to a Church of Christ, but do go to Church. What really gets me is how many in the church or in Christian schools don't believe.

Well, sweetie, I'm glad you're proud of your church. Honestly though, you do need to run a spellcheck before sending something like this out. It doesn't bode well as a representative of your faith, if you can't write in your native language proficiently.

I'm amazed that so many people can swallow the delusional superstitious pile of swill necessary to believe that a god can exist. It is mind boggling that they can wallow in pride over the fact that they embrace this collection of myths as ultimate truth. They are to be pitied.

In plain English you're about 10 minutes old and have about as much wisdom. It's more shocking in how many arrogant kids there are out there these days.

I go to a chruch that is kinda like that. We have a fellowship of churches called the Christian Fellowship Churches with about 1600 churches worldwide. I am 20 and am amazed at all the "athiests, satan worhsipers" etc etc... they need to study the bible in depth and realize everything in it is true!!!

I'm sorry to say that I'm not shocked by the arrogance combined with ignorance of someone who says they're proud of believing in the tooth fairy (sorry the Sky-fairy, God) and then says its shocking that people DON'T believe in it!
