Interesting fight. They would have to fight at Bantamweight as Chandler never fought at a weight above that class. I think the Pacman would have problems with Chandler's speed, counter punching ability, and Jeff's use of angles. Chandler wins fairly easily, yes I said it. He would box circles around Manny and would frustrate him to win a unanimous decision. Good match up romeo.

PACQUIAO - W 42 (KO'S) TF 47 - W pct 89% - KO pct 70% - wins over Barrera and Morales{2} - KO'ed by Singsurat and Terrecampo (both unknown)
In 2005 he was #7 ranked pound 4 pound current fighter.

CHANDLER - W 33 (KO's 18) TF 37 - W pct 89% - KO pct 49% - wins over J. Solis[2], Lugan, Muniz, C. Canizales and Carter - KO'ed by R. Sandoval (last fight)
He was known for jiggling his right hand after delivering it.

As much pressure as Packy could put on Jeff, Chandler was an excellent defensive fighter. In this fight, we have a 15 rd draw.

Yes, but would Chandler handle a straight left that he NEVER saw? (Remember Pacquiao is southpaw). Or how 'bout that counter right hook or sneaky uppercut?

I think a more intriguing matchup would be Prince Naseem Hamed against Pacman. Simply because Hamed has one-punch knockout power and Pacman does get tagged every now and then.

Manny is one tough guy who always presses the attack and doesn't quit. Would be a close fight, but I'd give the decision to Manny
