I received two very large bottles of both liquors and wanted to know if anyone had some cocktail suggestions. Cheers!

Any kind of juice....I like to mix various kinds, and then use frozen fruit for ice cubes (especially for a party). Add a some 7up or ginger ale and you can't go wrong. (Just don't mix vodka and rum together).

For parties, you could also make jello shots--substitute half the water with the booze from regular boxed jello....refridgerate in Dixie cups.

Apple cider and vodka with a sprinkle of cinnamon--apple pie shots...

I could go on and on....:)

Hi there- I am a bartender, I can tell you a few recipes...

(My friends call these mellie-breezes after me)

Seabreeze
1 part Absolut or any vodka
1 part Cranberry Juice
1 part Grapefruit Juice

Build over ice in a longdrink glass. Garnish with an orange spiral.

Baybreeze
1 part Absolut or any vodka
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1 part Pineapple Juice
Lime Wedge

Build over ice in a longdrink glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

You can do jelloshots, I like that suggestion above, too.

For the rum...hmm. I would say Zombies but they are tough to make, plus youll need to buy some 151 rum too.

rum and coke is your best simple drink OR you can get the pina coloda and daiquiri mixers and make your own punch. You can also make some marguerita and tini type drinks with rum.

right here i could pass with the Bacardi. There are greater effectual vodkas for the $ than absolut. ill with the white Bacardi nonetheless. Its large for blending, and the dark stuff is very sub par. For good dark (elderly) rum you ought to throw down a splash greater money.
