Everyone else on here forgot to mention that it has no fluoride in it! Your teeth will suffer if this is all you doing. We hate to think of all the things in tap water that are bad but we forget the good things we are missing!

Dentists are making a killing on cavities because all we drink is bottled water, no matter if it is distilled or no there is no fluoride. Your teeth need fluoride more than once every 6 months.

Some bottled water s not bad for you but just drink some tap water too!!

Distilled water is pure water. The process of distillation is when you take water and boil it. At the top the vessel in which you are boiling the water, the vapor condensates and drips down a tube, created pure water. Scientists use distilled water to get the best results.
To answer your question, it's yes.
