if you were to overdose on a medication and go to the hospital they would start a charcoal filter to get the impurities out of your system, the medication CHASER the cure for hangover is the same it is a charcoal filter beer,cheap liquer have impurities in it so it filter them out the question is would chaser eliminate toxins in the body if taken a few days and a couple of doses

As a chaser is usually just another alcoholic drink,so you'd be adding to the problem.Even if it was a water chaser it would do no good.
The charcoal filter acts in a totally different way,it usually induces vomiting,if the patient is conscious.What exact type of recovery treatment depends on the type of drug in the system and the condition of the patient.For opium based O.D.s its a shot of Narcaine.For pills its usually purging by a charcoal mixture given via a tube that is put down the throat to the stomach,same with alcohol.
There is nothing you can take or inject to stop an overdose before it occurs.

no, chaser only filters out what is in your stomach and intestines at the time. after a couple hours, the impurities are in your blood and it wont help you at all.
