It is indeed "milah" (מילה- mi-lAh), but its plural is "milim" (מילים, mi-lEEm).

The confusion is because the word "milah" is feminine, and its natural plural- suffix should have been "ot". But "milah" is one of many other unusual words that end with the opposite plural- suffix ("im"- male plural suffix).
And yet, the word "milim" (words) is treated as a female word, and not as a male word
