He's never had a party and I want to do something special for him. Even if I don't do a full blown party I want to come up with something that's special, sexy and lots of fun. His birthday is Feb.19th but I want to start planning something soon so I can be ready. I need some creative ideas PLEASE!

This is an excellent since my 30th birthday is coming up in about 3 months...
Each guy is different but 30 is the point where a man starts to realize he is getting old and better get serious about life. (There are always exceptions...)
Have a party on a romantic cruise ship or have a private party at an all inclusive resort somewhere in the carribean.
If you want sexy don't invite anyone else... ;-)
or if money/time is an issue:
have a cool party, have some drinks and a few friends over. Have nice calm romantic music to prepare him for the sexy part later. Have everyone agree on a particular time to leave. Find someone to distract him while you slip into a big ribbon for him to unwrap. Have the last person leave give some sort of sign it is ok for you to come out.
After the coast is clear, come out.
and well....... you know.
Make sure he doesn't drink too much. Maybe have a light drink or no alchohol at all. Dont' want to ruin the suprise later.

My husbands 30th birthday is next December. I know how much it would mean to do something special. Make sure he's not to crazy about turning 30, because I know my husband is. I would try to ask him what he wants to do, and get ideas from him. Maybe invite family over for cake and have dinner, and then have time to yourself later. Maybe he would prefer to celebrate just both of you with dinner at home, and then some fun afterwards. Just make sure you do what he wants to do, because if he's anything like my hubby he gets grouchy when his birthday isn't what he expected. Look for a funny card now for his 30th birthday. There are some funny ones out there.

Think about something that he really likes.. If it's football then set up a small football party for him in part of the house. Get ballons and food and just sport type things and decorate. Then if he has a fav. team get him a jersey or if he has one have him put it on and sit him down..Serve him in a oversized jersey.. Turn on a game if theres one, or record an old one... He will never know... Then let him relax and watch the game.. then at half time if you have your jersey on and pamper him.. Rub his back, feet all of that and it should be fun...
Football was just a thought but it he loves soccer or another sport then you could do it in another way.. Simple things always work!

Plan a weekend getaway for the two of you. Take him somewhere that has activities he likes (skiing, sports, theatre, historic sites, hiking,...whatever) and somewhere that will give you some time alone. It could be a cabin in the woods, a nice hotel room in the big city, or a resort depending on what you're into.

It just depends on what he likes, make it a theme surprise party and invite his buddies, and family....
Have everyone dress up to the theme and have an awesome time.
When everyone leaves have a little surprise for him like wine and some nice sexy clothes, just be creative!

Do you have a Dave and Busters near you? Have a bunch of his buddies (or whoever) get together for some fun at a place like that. Men love to burn off steam, play games, eat good grub and hang out.

A party with all his friends would be nice and you can have a cake and pop out of it. You can also have a nice dinner for just the two of you with candles and soft music. Run him a bubble bath and then a nice massage would be great. Then you can take it from there.

You say sexy...here is an idea . You could get kitted up in the undies - with the long coat - get the Limo to pick youz up and get the champers & some nosh in the back ...and then get romantic.. then drive to a venue - with the friends & relatives waiting .. with him Smiling...
