My hubby tells me I do this.... I dont' know why... but maybe I'm trying to talk in my sleep and it only comes out as a hum?
Even though i do this myself, I'm not really sure why.

I have never heard of people humming in their sleep.

hum or moan ??
i know of ppl who moan right before they are drifting off to sleep. they dont know they l be doing it and usually it happens when they know they are not supposed to be sleeping or they know they soon have to wake up. i guess it therefore occurs whe the body wants to sleep but the mind is being made to stay awake
