Favorable cholesterol levels should be less than 200. Anything over 240 is considered high risk...

A desired level is less than 6mmol/l. no such thing as to low, if the result is less than 4mmol/l then you could end up living forever, unless you get depression, and then it will feel like you have lived forever, so don't worry, at your age you have time to change if it is a bit high.

For any age you chlosterol level should be below or about 200 anything above that is risk of heart disease, heart attack and other coronary problems.
