I would say in French: Dur-dur!
(means in a childish way: Hard-hard!
A student could say that and have no problem.
French would never ever say suçer for sucks! Does not apply at all.
To be very rude I would say: "Chian(t)!" in the up-to-date French.
The feminin would be: She is "Chiante"
Dur-dur! is acceptable.
