Pret a manger in the High Street for the best sandwiches and coffee.

The last time I went to Cafe Rouge in Bromley the food was truly awful. You could try The little Italian restaurant just along from the station on the opposite side of the road.

You may find a decent Sunday lunch in a local pub.

Good Luck.

Sparky x

Head down slightly into Beckenham (parking is easier try behind the cinema) and go to Dizzy's Diner. It's up a flight of stairs above the shops opposite Sainsbury's. Great food. It's like an American diner but very personal. Good customer service. Ace food. Great cocktails and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend the hot chocolate brownie for dessert.

head to Market Square, Cafe Rouge is on the corner and you are near a juction where roads head off in 4 directions, one road to your left, 3 to your right. Choose the middle of the 3 to your right
(East Street) and there's a selection of places to choose from. All are pretty good - depends on what cuisine you want which is best.

If you want somewhere a bit different you could always try Caligulettes opposite the Odeon at the top end of the High Street. Can be a bit lively! with music and belly dancers etc so it depends on taste.
