Today we celebrate the feast of the Holy Innocents, those children who were killed by Herod because he was afraid that Jesus might take his throne. Please pray for victims of abortion, who like the Holy Innocents are killed because their parents are afraid that these poor, defenseless children will in some way take over thier lives or ruin them.
Please share your opinions and pray for an end to abortion.

It is somewhat ironic that at the birth of Moses, the pharoah order the death of the Hebrew baby boys, the first covenant

and at the birth of Jesus, Herod did the same... Herod didn't even live many years later yet feared the child would take over
as I understand it there is hardly an inscription about Herod, one of the only being on a slab found used asa colossium seat

Abortion is indeed dehumanizing and sad and what was unthinkable in the early Roe V Wade which banned state fron interfering in the first trimester was legally stretched to the full 9 months as people get more and more desensitized to abortion... it is a terrible loss and one I definitely see eye to eye with Mother Theresa on when she said it pits men against women and makes a great nation to be less

but this is the world Jesus came to... "and you shall call his name Jesus for He shall save His people from their sins" Gabrile

Thank you so much for saying this. About the innocent ones that we are killing everyday. I do know if you know. We killed more innocent children. Then all the world wars ever. I know the Lord
will judge us someday for this. There no way we can escape from it. Because he judged sodom and gahmora. He has to judge the US as well. This nation has become a sodom and gahmore. Sometimes I think we are worse. God help us.

It is not a matter of whether I do or do not believe in abortion-I will remain pro-choice as I do not think the state should control this matter. It is pushing one group's religious belief on others.

Yes, it would be nice to have no abortion, but, it will always be there, and I prefer it be done by a medical person than in a back room somewhere, where so much can go wrong.

I pray that you go out and adopt at least 20 orphans so you can continue to spout of this self serving rhetoric. What have you done to alleviate the predicaments of single, poor and raped mothers in waiting?

I will agree to that if we will also pray for all those poor souls that the church has tortured and killed throughout history. Dark ages, witch burnings, inquisition, stonings etc etc

You can't put an end to abortion, but you can put an end to a means for a woman to do it safely.
