Eat small meals every 2-4 hours to keep your blood sugar up and drink a lot of water. Make sure you get enough sleep (that will help you lose weight too). Try exercising before work so you're not too tired after.
Good luck!

Initially, I would say that you should get a phyisical by your doctor to make sure your iron and thyroid levels are normal. If those are ok, try to cut down processed foods; i.e. frozen dinners, fast-foods, pre-made snacks, sodas, etc. Incorporate water, and more organic fruits, dairy, free-range meats. More "home" prepared meals so you know what is going into it, and you know it is good for you. Start out there, and once you have your energy back, a workout regimine will really make you feel great.

Well your using a lot of energy from exercising, well of course you know that, so that requires you to sleep more. The best thing you can do is go to bed early, but by exercising you should have more energy. You have to also make sure your eating right to restore your energy also, you get energy from food, but make sure your eating healthy to keep your nice shape you've been working on. : ). All so you can take vitamins, that also helps. Over all the best thing you can do is go to be earlier.

go to bed and wake up on a certain time- everyday. For example,go to sleep at 9pm every night and wake up at 7am or 8am- that will make sure you are not ried because you are getting 10-11 hours of sleep!! If you can even sleep that long- you will not be tired!!

Either you are pushing yourself too hard or your just not use to excercising? I suggest you get around 8 hours of sleep. Because over sleeping can cause you to be tired too. As well as try a detoxing diet because it cleanses you can you'll feel refreshed.

If you are constantly dieting you may very well be anemic. Have your doctor to order a blood test for both anemia and thyroid function since an under-active thyroid can make one sluggish also. Barring these two possibilities, your doctor may be able to pinpoint other causes and rectify them.

it just takes time to feel better when u exercise. keep doing it, eat a lot better, a multivitamin a day helps soooo much, and stay away from sugar in the afternoon cuz u crash afterwards. also, learn to breathe when u exercise and take it slow at first. do cardio workouts to get your blood pumping before moving into fat burning, fitness workouts
