Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

do you mean how do you reduce fat? If that's the case it really depends on whether or not you want to reduce fat intake in your diet or just reduce fat of something specific.

If this is for a reducing fat in general food intake, I would definitely make a habit of looking at all the labels. Low fat doesn't always mean its good for you. There are many fat free items out there now that don't taste like cardboard. Try to get lean meats, avoid things like fatty bacon. Also remember that often fat free items will try to compensate with extra sodium as well. Try to eat lots of vegetables and leafy greens. Those are very low in fat and will provide great sources of fiber and vitamins.

some fats are good for you , essential even.
First I would cut out anything hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated- if you do nothing else but this- you have done a really good thing for yourself- one of the best!
Use real butter , not margerine- use it in moderation.
Use pure extra virgin olive oil.
cut the sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors and colorings and you will do well.
Eat lots of raw green veggies and get active-
don't be so concerned about the fats- learn the difference between good fats (natural, made by God, good for the brain!) and bad fats- (unnatural, not meant for food, manmade, bad for the body)
