Hot or not?
I'm wondering if i should get them, but i'm thinking it might put random guys off me.

Dreadlocks are amazing.
especially on girls. Just make them thin and not bulging out- fat.
put some pink dye in there as well ;)

Hot if you can pull them off with your own unique style. You can was dreads just like your own hair. It's not true that they are un-clean. If you see un-clean dreads the person wearing them must be un-clean anyway. You will have better results if you add some additional hair into them creating a more proffessional look. Depends on the guy, depends on the girl.
Personally, depending on the girl, sometimes I think they're hot, sometimes not. Just do what you want and if someone doesn't like it, then they weren't meant for you anyway, because they care more about your hair than what's under it.

If you REALLY want,you can.It just has to be as thin and straight as possible.My yoga instructor did dreadlocks once and she DID wash her hair,so I guess you can try.About guys,depends on the guy.

i love them i can't wait for my hair to grow into them. Right now I have kinky twist which is a sorta dreads. but alot of ppl are against like my mom. Some women like Lauryn Hill, India Arie looked awesome with their dreads.

im a girl but i think that dreadlocks on girls are soooooooo gross
actually i think all dreadlocks are gross but especially on girls. you could just get cornrows. those are fine. the reason i dont like dreadlocks is because your hair gets all tangled and if you want to get them out you have to cut off like all your hair

NOT.. guys love natural looking hair. Dreadlocks look dirty and dingy.. plus you cant wash your hair for like a month.. or so..

Probably not, but it just depends on what you look like. Ask the hairstylist next time you go in, they usually know what would look good on people..

If you have straight hair no,they look nasty like knotted up dog hairs.

NOT. They look nasty as hell and look like ropes hanging from your head that were never washed. Don't do it. Everyone will think you haven't washed your hair in centuries.
